Over the past few months, we know some users have experienced issues with our portal. That’s been frustrating for you, so over the past few months our team have been working hard to develop a new portal, which you can now use.
We’ve kept the design largely the same, but made changes to how we link the portal with Dot Digital, to fix the bugs.
Before you log in, a few things you need to know:
Your username and password have not changed
On the first occasion you log in, you will have to do so twice, as we have updated our password security, and the first login attempt will update your password to this new system - this is the only time you will need to do this
The portal has been tested both internally and with clients. However, if you find any issues, we need to know about them. So please email membership@theyardstickagency.co.uk
As we have changed the server the portal is hosted on, there is a chance emails may end up in your spam folder. If you are expecting an email from us, but have not received it, please check your spam folder in case your email provider's spam filter does not recognise us
